From August 30 to September 7, we’re uniting Roadrunners and Bobcats in a friendly competition to combat food insecurity on our campuses.
Our mission: stock the campus food pantry and support student success in the new academic year.
Why It Matters
Food insecurity affects college students nationwide. In a recent study, 48% of college students reported experiencing food insecurity in the past 30 days. Let’s change that narrative with some friendly competition.
How You Can Help
Donate: Every contribution counts. Visit the platform for your school and give what you can.
Spread the Word: Share the challenge on social media. Together, we amplify our impact to get others involved and help our schools win.

The Prize
Thanks to the generosity of RBFCU, a $25,000 prize is on the line in this friendly competition. The school with the most donors will receive $15,000, while the runner-up will take home $10,000.
Together, we can address food insecurity in our community, starting right on our campuses, and help ensure student success at UTSA AND TXST. Thank you!
Regardless of the outcome on the football field, the real victory in the Huddle Against Hunger fundraiser belongs to the students. Supporters who contribute to their university not only help their favorite school earn bragging rights, but they also create a lasting, positive impact on the lives of both our Bobcats and Roadrunners scholars.
